the old ap lacked me too. well i signed up in teh summer and then got a new username in october caue i couldnt remember the old username but some of you guys have been here since 2003 thats impressive

Back when I joined I think AP was at its peak. For a good three or four months after that, all was well, and then the fucking street teamers started, and that was the beginning of the end.
Seriously, I would love it if AP was like it was back then, but since Ive come back, it has a totally different feel. We would actually have discussions instead of bitching each other out, and everyone was pretty much familiar with everyone else, so it was just like this big huge internet family.
Now, I dont know most of you, and I think that alot of you will be gone as soon as the next fad hits. But whatever. I just wish AP was back how it was in September 03.

yeah but your a decent new guy. too many new kids are annoying as hell. I dont know why. I have no problems with people signing up...maybe its because im getting older and older and the new kids tend to be 15 ish. Generation gap or something haha.

I started visiting the site back in late-summer / fall '03, and eventually became a member early last year...
I agree with pretty much everyone here, that it was a lot better...There wasn't really any drama compared to what goes on now...

I still love the site and all. I just think that alot of this nostalgic talk is just pointless (mainly 'cause i wasn't here in '03) and it just makes people hate the site more for no real reason.
This site has a shitload of cool people and a quality forum, it may be boring one day but then it might be funny as hell the next day. You can't expect for it to constantly entertain you. And as for the old members....i guess people just have better things to do with their time. Things change so i guess you've just gotta accept they won't be posting anymore.
