After looking it up, I found that this movie called "The Cure for Insomnia" is the longest movie ever (85 hours long to be exact). Has anyone ever heard of it or seen it..or parts of it?

Plot Summary for
The Cure for Insomnia (1987)
This film is basically an experiment designed to reprogram biological clocks for insomniacs so they can sleep again. L.D. Groban reads his own poem during the span of about four days, which is interspliced with stock footage of heavy-metal videos and x-rated footage.

This is the longest movie ever made at a total running time of 85 hours. It premiered in its entirety at The School Of The Art Institute in Chicago, Illinois from 31 January to 3 February 1987 in one continuous showing.

it's NOT interesting AT ALL!!! -- the guy slowly reads (like shatner).. and the music is terrible.. and as for the porn ("X rated material"), I didn't even get to see any after watching for about 2 hours..

this movie sucks hardcore.. and I'm suprised that anyone would find it remotely interesting even from the synopsis
