From everyone i've asked at my school almost nobody has heard of Attack Attack.
So whoever likes them come and talk and such.

when i first head attack attack! i was amazed
i couldnt wait for the album when it was released.
i was really impressed with what they did, i think it was good enough, a little bit overproduced but it was what they were aiming for.
they are getting really good responses, and are even joining ETF on a tour early next year.

im really impressed.

I think they kick lots of ass. I stumbled upon their demo/first EP(?) a few months ago, and Someday Came Suddenly beat the shit out of it. Just solid, catchy, and energetic music. I'm not going to pretend that they're something groundbreaking, but I enjoy 'em. They're the FTSK of modern screamo.

When I said awesome, I meant that they're a really great band "musically". With that said, I'm not saying they're gods in this scene. I never said that they are talented musicians with thoughtful lyrics. I never said that they were overly original either. Sometimes people need to get their head out of their ass sometimes. Not every band is going to be something great. Just grow up. These guys at least make fun, enjoyable, and inoffensive music. As long as that's the case, who gives a damn.

At first I thought these guys were AWEFUL mainly because i cant fucking stand how mainstream people are all ofver that autotone bullshit and it doesnt even sound good, but I got past it because they are amazing.. The way they put all these genres together is a masterpiece. I just saw them for the first time but definately not the last... Im gonna see them again at Bamboozle, then 2 days later back in Chicago, then on Warped.
They were pretty good live too but like EVERYONE had a cold so it dragged it down a tad, and something I lost respect for was in a interview they were like "We play what kids want to hear" then went on to say that there next album might not sound ANYTHING like the last one because kids taste will change... Thats bullshit. I liked them for THEIR UNIQUE SOUND, not something there just trying to get money off of (i mean thats what its for anyway, but ya catch my drift)

Attack Attack is really horrible. At Warped Tour in San Antonio, someone threw a water bottle on stage and the singer/guitarist said into the mic, "Why are you guys throwing water bottles on stage?" and someone in the crowd yelled out, "Why do you use autotune?". It was the best because it was absolutely quiet and you could hear that guy loud and clear.

What do you mean by this?If you haven't seen them do AC-130 live, go find a video on youtube. The song just sounds so much more intense. I don't know if it is the mix or if they are playing it different live, but just listening to it sounds so much more intense. Many expected it to be the heaviest song on the album but it doesn't even sound like it.

If you haven't noticed this band likes to think they're good when they're nothing. Just in case you didn't notice. Actually you know what, I'm wrong. This band is fucking fantastic. Hate to bump this thread but I had a thought.

the best thing that could happen to this band (besides breaking up) is:

Get a legit screamer, one that doesn't do that stupid fucking say words in the middle of a scream thing (don't know how else to describe it, Danny Worsnop also does it and I don't get the appeal...).

Put Caleb at clean vocals and synth again. The song demo clean vocals weren't even that bad. Johnny Franck apparently could not sing worth shit otherwise they'd have him not autotuned worse than T-Pain on every single song.
