So, I'm going down to florida for the summer. Tampa Florida to be exact. I was just wondering if anyone knew any places to see shows at. I know that in baltimore there are lots of them, i was just wondering if it was the same type of thing in Florida. Does anyone know?

I went to something at the Masquerade in Ybor City once. I think that's basically Tampa from what I remember.

The thing is, my friend told me you have to be 18 to get into most of the shows down there. But see, in Baltimore, most the places they have shows at it's all ages. Like the ottobar, the recher, 930 club, fletchers. . .stuff like that. So, I mean, if those places are 18, i wont be able to go, then my summer will be shit....

There are a couple places. I think one of them is called The State Theater or something like that. My cousin was telling me about the venues down there but I wasnt really listening.

<small>there's a few places in tampa. my boyfriend used to live in tampa before he moved up here to orlando. i know there's a shitload of places here in orlando for shows. i think thats where most people from the tampa area go. either there or st pete.
