Full Time Employment

So, I might have a job working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week making 1200$ every two weeks in the summer. I don't know if this is really worth it, I'm in 11th grade, and reallllly like my summers. I'd have weekends free and such, but I don't know if I'd be missing out. Do any high school students on here have expierence working full time during the summer? Was it good? Bad? Worth it? etc...

I worked full-time last summer between my junior and senior years. I got 9 bucks an hour. (Still making that working full time this summer, same place. It's really a pretty good gig.) I made a good chunk of money to put away last summer, though. Couple grand easy. Not as much as you'll be making, if you really will be making $1200 every too weeks, but hey. It works for me.

I like my summers too, but if you can make $2400 a month, I'd say go for that shit.

I work full time right now and I'm a college student, but it's not that bad. Spending all day doing nothing gets a bit boring after a while anyway and you always get weeknights and weekends, so it's really not that bad. I don't assume you be doing something everyday of the summer with friends anyway so you'd have a lot of down time.
