yes i would have to say that the blood brothers are probably one of the best live bands i have every seen. i've seen them about 4 times and they are always so consistant and on top of their shit. now i've seen a lot of bands and been going to shows for a very long time but i think what makes the blood brothers rise up above most i bands i have seen is that after the show is over for days upon days i want to see more. it's not just that feeling after a show for a couple of hours you wish they played more of something, it's that feeling like the next time they come to town i gotta get a ticket right away. i need my blood brothers fix or something.

nice playlist Ryan and Happy Birthday. CD2 in your punk/rock mix is a beautiful thing. Hot Water Music is probably one of my favorite bands. Its sad, they seem so underrated.

Oh and I would like to recommend a dictionary and/or spellcheck to Brandon A. ;)

I second that...favorite song on the record

Sleater-Kinney - The Woods

I had a lot of trouble getting into this album. I heard something about this band and one of the beatles' record label so i checked it out.

Ryan, you're pretty much the only worthwhile staff member on this site. I especially like your first mix. And the new Sleater-Kinney is stellar. Great recs, as usual.

Flugufrelsarinn is the best song Sigur Ros has ever done. Either that, or the SR remix of Leit Af Lifi.

3. Thought Riot - I Voted for Vader

That's a pretty funny typo.

1. Owen - Who Found Whose Hair in Whose Bed
18. The Fall of Troy - F.C.P.S.I.T.G.E.P.G.E.P.
1. The Suicide Machines - New Girl
2. The Letters Organize - Dressed Up in Gatwick
3. The Bronx - They Will Kill Us All (Without Mercy)
Millencolin - No Cigar

Pretty much my favorite songs from these respective bands. Happy b-day.
