I'm not a big Underoath fan at all, but this song is great. I love the singer's (drummer, not screamer) voice and just the way that the song explodes into the first screaming. It's so good. The only other song that I really like by them is "Reinventing Your Exit" but that's obvious because there's barely any screaming in it. I can't get over how good "A Boy Brushed Red..." sounds and I know that I'm late to talk about it but still, there's a lot of nonmusic talk on the forums. Let it be my job to bring it up to snuff.

Eh. The whole album is mediocre. "When The Sun Sleeps" blows this song away.

I could never get into Underoath at all.

To be honest I never really checked them out, but when I did I thought the stuff was meh. Not sure what "stuff" of theirs it was.

Nah, all I'm saying is that it just sounds good. Tis all. I never said that I was lyke omg obsessed wit Underoath. Just really good production and I really like the guy's voice.

Other stuff of theirs I just find plain unbearable.

My god...I'm screwed. Well, it's not social suicide like saying something along the lines of "Hawthorne Heights defines original and bands like Rites of Spring and Fugazi would be proud of the evolution of their sound."

I have to agree that I love this song, but can't get into the rest of the album... I really like his singing over the palm muting at the beginning... It's really simple but good... and the rest of the song is flawless as well... I like more melodic stuff, so that'll probably explain why I don't enjoy screaming as much as the next person...

Down, Set, Go! is a good song too. I don't hate the album, it's pretty normal. I like in "A Boy Brushed Red..." when it gets quite and they do the "Slit wrists and sleeping with the girl next door, I always knew you were, sucha sucker for that"..just kind of sounds cool.

Underoath is pretty good, very good at what they do, but they just barely sit above mediocre. The lyrics waver from pretty good to pretty bad, just nothing special. I think it's the guitars and drums that make them pretty enjoyable. The vocals are pretty good, too.

I've heard some of the older stuff, and its just not my thing
