I disagree. The Mars Volta (especially de-loused) is works for Omar and Cedric. Yes, Cedric can scream, but this band is better for their talents. Sparta, musically follows the atd-i formula to an extent. I like to hear Jim sing more.

If you take the Mars Volta style and mesh it with At The Drive-In, that would have been way more amazing than Sparta and Mars Volta.
