A very recent release is While Broken Hearts Prevail EP by Emery (all 7 tracks). A lot of "break-up" songs that I know of are clearly directed towards females, so unless you can live with "she" and "her" being said, then go with "Red Hands" and "Dear Ms. Leading" by The Dear Hunter. Oh, and most of the album Fevers and Mirrors by Bright Eyes. Great break up music.
