I just got back from this show, it was fucking amazing. I flew up from Atlanta again in order to see them and of course they did not dissapoint. It was a long good set, very Big Dirty heavy but I love that record so it was good. I have seen them almost 15 times and it never gets old, plus this time I got to see 2 songs I have never seen them play before. Only downside was that there was not anything from Last Night in Town played, but I expected that. Anyway here is the set list (not positive on the order)
Romeo A Go Go
Ebolarama
Cities and Years
Leatherneck
Floater
Apocalypse Now and Then
Rendez Voo Doo
I've Been Gone A Long Time
InRihab
The New Black
Off Broadway
Immitation is the Sincerest Form of Battery
No Son of Mine
Kill The Music
Encore:
Bored Stiff
We'rewolf
They have never done an encore at any show so it was really special to see them play a couple extra. It was also kinda cool cause Kieth stated how awesome it was that people traveled from places like Atlanta, in which he was specifically reffered to me. So did anyone else go to this?

nice set, i've never seen them play leatherneck or inrihab, that would've been sweet. i'd rather see them close with imitation, no son of mine, floater, ebolarama, or bored stiff but that's just me. were there any opening bands?

Kicking off the show with Romeo A Go Go into Ebolarama is an awesome idea.

My head hurts, I was in the pit all night haha. I took kickass videos which I will post links to here in the near future. Sweet show. My camera flew out of my hand at the "DRAG THE LAAAAAKE" part so i couldn't really enjoy it, but it was recovered.(and yes that's on video haha)
During the last song, Keith demanded everyone storm the stage, but Security wouldn't let us M-( fuckin assholes. I saw a kid get fuckin destroyed by a guard for attempting.

Yeah I had never seen leatherneck or inrihab before so that was really sweet, I was hoping they would play Emergency Broadcast Syndrome like they did on the Take Action tour but they didn't. I usually like Floater or ebolarama as their closer but Kill the Music worked really well, and We'rewolf is always a lot of fun.
And the opening bands were Howl, Queen City Station, and It Dies Today. I wasn't really a fan of any of them, It Dies Today is extremely over rated in my opinion, I came only to see ETID.

I got banged up pretty good too, but yeah security was fucking bullshit, I ended up just staying in the pit the entire time also, the one time i crowd surfed (during ebolarama) the dude almost kicked me out and then he tried to kick me out again at the end of We'rewolf. It was pretty lame and I think Kieth knew it too. It sometimes really sucks when I go to out of state shows cause I never know what to expect as far as security goes, in Atlanta pretty much anything goes.
And if you could post links to the videos in here that would be awesome.

Thanks for the vids. I can't get over how amazing Kieth sounds live so consistently.
Holy fuck the security guards at that place are the biggest fucking assholes, he had that one dude by the neck, thats fucked up, i was right there when it happened too.
This show was amazing but I really wish it was somewhere else, seeing ETID without a barrier or security is the best.

There is something unsetteling about this statement, but that something also seems so aweosme.

The last couple of years I've debated making the trip to Buffalo for one of these shows but haven't. From the Shit Happen DVD footage they look like even more a kick ass show than they usually put on. But at that show on the DVD it looked like there wasn't a baracaide, was there at this show? And didn't It Dies Today open?

Yes there was a barricade, and yes IDT opened. They(idt) said they were submitting their new record to the label the day after the show.

I've been at all of the ETID Christmas shows.
2005 (on the DVD):
At the same venue as this year's show, so there was definitely a barricade. Dead Hearts and It Dies Today opened.
2006:
Two shows at a smaller venue in Buffalo, no barricade. Boxer Rocket and Dead Hearts opened the early show. Sailing To Rome, Come The Dawn, and Inferis opened the late show.
2007:
At a bowling alley, no barricade. Rhinoceros, Cancer Bats, and Four Year Strong opened.
2008:
Howl, Queen City Station, and It Dies Today opened.
These shows are always insane. I'd much prefer it be at a venue with no barricade/security, but the room in the videos (Town Ballroom) is the only one that can really come close to being able to hold enough people without having to have multiple shows.
