ok this may seem lame and stupid to you but i have a friend's (who happen to really like) birthday coming up and i wanted to buy her a signed poster by taking back sunday. i looked on ebay but there was only one and the guy was selling it for 120 bucks and it also says "thanks to my homie mark!" or some shit on it. do any of you guys know anywhere where i could pick up an autographed poster or CD from TBS??? something signed brand new would also work...

I don't think they're lame so long as you got them from the band. For instance, I don't understand why you'd buy an autograph. If, though, you went to the show, talked to the guys from Taking Back Sunday and had them sign something, I'm all for that; it's like a cool souvenir saying, "Ah yeah, that was pretty damn cool getting backstage, and the show was pretty kickass".

If the kid wants to get some signed stuff, let him. So he doesn't share your opinion on signed stuff. Who cares?

I'm thinking eBay is definitely your best bet though and you're going to pay a good amount of cash. Interpunk.com usually has some cool stuff but nothing signed.

You know what would be more meaningful? If you just baught tickets to go see taking back sunday or brand new and got a poster and had your friend get it signed themself. But, I mean, that would be a great idea if they were touring. Ha. I mean, are they touring? I don't know.
