i agree. i think he should never scream and leave it to beau, justin, and chris they scream way better. i like the other demo way better. it was my favorite instrumental. it gives me hope that the new saosin album wont be that bad.

just have to say that they're much better live than on any recording. but i have the other demo too and it's much more listenable. mainly because there is harmony between his voice and the music, not just him sounding like he's having trouble finding the pitch.

just got back from seeing them live at the el rey and it was by far the most energetic, pumped up performance i've ever seen by them. they played two new songs, which were both unbelievable, and at the end cove dove into the crowd (the kids coudn't hold him up so he finished 'perched on their stilts...' in the pit. fucking incredible. as one of the sceptics who was begining to lose faith in this band, tonight they totally blew me away.

those capitol demos dont make the album sound promising.....cove's voice was awesome in "I Can Tell" but maybe thats because he was going for ant's voice...this new stuff all seems to be missing something,maybe I am expecting to much from this band.
oh and like frank and many others said, cove should definetely not try to yell or scream...it sounds horrible

also, I think the band is allowing/telling sammy(i think thats her name) to leak this stuff so that we dont get all pissy and rag on them like everyone did finch(just how i see it)
