Well, I'm on Wanadoo. and I get 1Mbps, and they offer 3 plans. All with same speed, just pay more for download allowance like £15 for 2 gig, £20 for 6 gig and £28 for 30gig. And if you go over the limit, not alot happens really. Stuff's meant to but it'll mean they'll lose customers.
