Maxwell Murder has one of the best bass solos ever. Otherwise, I pretty much don't like Rancid.

Not really...

I mean it shouldn't have taken them 10 years. But hey, I'm glad they got it.

you need to hear white knuckle ride. it's on punkorama 10, maybe even an earlier b-side. it puts his solo in maxwell murder to shame.

Yay Rancid! Hands down their most memorable album, though my personal fave is Life Won't Wait. It is a little disappointing that this took 10 years, but better late than never, I suppose.

Coldplay is amazing. And so is there new cd. But when you have the mainstream level and the international coverage that they have....of course its going to happen faster. But personally i enjoy Life Wont Wait alot more from Rancid but good none the less for them

Hmm, i thought it went platinum awhile ago and they signed to warner or some shit. i dont know, i dont pay attention to them...their vocals just piss me off. Sucks the dude has cancer though, great bassist. im sure they are all nice guys..shit they let good charlotte in their circle of friends..AND kelly osbourne. But shit, i'd bone her just because she's ozzy's daughter. Rambling is fun at 4:16 am. The end.

Yes.

word. best wishes for a quick recovery.

this is such a classic, i cant believe it took this long. i bought this record in sixth grade.
rancid 2000 was better than this album though. that was definitely rancid's best.

i hate how its cool to shit talk rancid. bottom line is: if it werent for rancid, punk music would probably be a whole hell of a lot different today. alot of your favorite bands wouldnt be around. so shut the fuck up and think before you open your goddamn mouth.

anyways, anybody drinkin already? cause i am.

i can still listen to "rats in the hallway" and be blown away by that bass line in the first 30 secs of the song. every. single. time.
