The second best Canadian band out there today (The Weakerthans being the best... but they're a tough act to compete with), and one of the best live shows you could ever see. I love these guys so much, and Kenny is the funniest guy ever.

Definately one of my favorite bands. At Bamboozle, I had to leave their set early to attempt to try and see Saosin, and lo and behold, due to poor planning, I missed not only Saosin's set, but the rest of Moneens so when I came back, Kenny and Hippy were reloading the van, and we talked for like 20 minutes about how poorly it was set up. Then they were impressed with the fact that I had all the CDs they put out, and I was impressed they liked Star Wars Knights of the Old REpublic(there's a poster in their trailor), AND kenny gave me a hug because we have the same name. Totally ruled and made up for the bad shit.

I saw them at Bamboozle and totally destroyed what was left of my voice at the time. Honestly, screaming along "Die! Die! Die!"...how can you not when there's so much energy. There is no time for standing or cramming when they're on stage...just constant energy. They make some awesome music too...they have sick breakdowns and shifts.
