Deserves his own thread without a doubt.

Besides it's cold, I love listening to hip-hop when it's cold.

He's very over-rated.

Didn't really like his stuff before, Paper Trail was decent. It seems he's losing his tough guy "I'm from the streets" persona, except in songs like Swing Ya Rag or whatever.

All his albums sound the same.

I believe that's supposed to be the new single.

PT was what got me into this guy. I like T.I. now, save for T.I. vs. TIP, which left quite a bit to be desired.

Decent...

Better than that annoying Lil Wayne!

meh, he's alright.
paper trail is pretty good, but t.i. vs. t.i.p i agree, isn't that great (except for a couple songs).

i'd choose a few rappers before him, but he certainly does have a right to be in the game.
i won't discredit him, neither will i hype him up, aha.

Don't have any of his albums, but he's pretty good. I like Dead and Gone quite a bit.

Okay, so he isn't breaking new ground, but the same could be said for abou 85% of other new rap artists, especially the ones that are incredibly popular now.

Except that T.I. isn't a new artist. Also, he hasn't done much of anything in the way of evolving his music...other than making it more plausible for mainstream radio.
