Does anyone know how to make like a fold out cd pamphlet in word or anything? Any help would be appricated

no, do it in photoshop. i did it in graphic arts this year. word is for typing.
it's 4 3/4" by 9 or 10, if you're doing a front, back and little side things (if it's a regular case.)
