softball is for girls, the ball is a lot larger about the size of and orange... and has a smaller playing dimond then baseball. Boys play baseball and girls play softball. give me some sence points.

you forgot. middle aged men play softball when their eyes start to go bad and they cant see a baseball coming at them any more. oh yeah. and when they want to run shorter distances.

Girls can play baseball too, I did for a while, then I also played softball.... but yeah, the softball's larger, with a smaller diamond, and the ptiching is different as well... you don't pitch like in baseball, with your arm at or above shoulder height, you pitch under, like if you made a circle or semi-circle with your arm before you pitched... so pitch velocity's slower.

two sports that have the same concept.

i must say though, it's much harder to throw a baseball than a softball -- probably because i played softball for 7 years.

you're goddamn right...and we won 12-2 last night, but you're missing the biggest part...you can get loaded before during and after the game
