so i just recently decided i want to start collecting vinyls but i also still really like haveing my cds. the nostalgic collector in me says you can still have both. but the anal retentive logical person in me says thats asinine what do y'all think?

Vinyl is the plural of vinyl. Just like fish is the plural of fish, deer is plural of deer... etc, etc.

Personally, CDs > vinyl. This is only because I do not own a record player and CDs are easier for me to get. I'd love to get into getting some vinyl of a few specific bands.
