I read www.reel.com because their staff knows what they're talking about and gave it 2 and 1/2. They said that it's good, but a little too mainstream feeling. I kind of had a feeling that would be the case.

too much camp, and was preceeded by the worst previews i have ever seen all at once (the cave, some motorcross piece of shit followed by some stolen 5th Element trash by the guy who made the buffy show and ending with yet another japanese horror remake with "Goldie Hudson" in it), except for The Devils Rejects (which i am rather hoping will be decent).

the movie had no plot whatsoever. it seriously pissed me off, it kept saying it was a masterpiece in all of the reviews and i don't see how that's possible. it was gory at some parts, but that's not enough to make for a good movie. i would expect uwe boll to make a better movie. *at least the shit he has made has a fucking story.*


don't waste your $8.50 on this, go watch dawn of the dead again, you won't be disappointed.

Not at all, I thought it was cool how they atleast could put up a fight instead of just getting shot in the head.
Romero is the master at zombie movies and did anexcellent job with this film, It had the abit of the same feel as his old movies. If you want to talk about a horrible movie, Zack Synder who directed the remake of Dawn Of The Dead did a horrible job. Zombies don't run as fast as cars!!

I was going to disagree with you, but then I watched Alone in the Dark last night, and saw what Uwe was able to do with a similar amount of money, and although Alone the Dark sucked, its production value and film quality kicked the shit out of land of the dead........
