That's not the only reason, but the fact that they've been a band since what February/March FULLY, Shaant starting it up January, and they're already being posted about regularly on this site, they're getting a shitload of plays, and labels are meeting with them, not to mention who they're recording with. I'd say that's a fair amount of growth in a few months, and that majors are looking to cash in.

no its not the studio, thats how he sounds in real life. and when u say full band, i assume u mean the fracture, cause i hate those songs. either way, both bands are a hobby untill we leave for college in the fall and im happy with what we have produced

They were getting posted regularly on the website because TJ is friends with them, kind of how I post about Anathallo regularly. Majors want music with HUGE HOOKS, CIWWAF don't have hooks in my opinion. If the hooks and songs aren't there, nothing else matters. A band needs to go through a ridiculous amount of people to get signed by a major, I can bet every dollar it wouldn't happen with these guys. I don't think their sound appeals to the masses at all, on top of the fact the choruses aren't quite there yet. Just look at artists like The Killers, Yellowcard, SImple Plan, Good Charlotte, Blink 182, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, All-American Rejects, Starting Line... they're literally the catchiest shit in the world and their hooks stay stuck in your head for days upon days. As soon as you hear a song by any of those bands, you instantly know it's a major label act... I don't see, hear or feel that way with CIWWAF at all. Not in the slightest.

wow. i was really at the show last night and it was amazing. the opening bands were terrible but Cute was incredible. the live show has so much energy. they definetely stole the show, and had most of the crowd singing along by the end of their set!

look how much this band has accomplished in the past few months...its amazing. they've won a slot on bamboozle, warped tour, 200,000 plays....i am personally extremely excited to see where this band will be in a year.

is your band recording with a multi-platnium producer?

i have been going to shows for many years now and this is definetely one of the better live bands i have seen role through jersey.

i think seeing as everything i do is a hobby, i am quite successfull with them. and i am going to college, a very good college to say the least, so i could care less about how many plays we get. and as for my sultans and saints name, ill explain it. i just graduated from a private school and my friend who is the singer is, goes to my town high school. their mascot is the spartans and we are the tigers. so we were going to call it spartans and tigers, but that dosent sound right. so we played iwth some words and we got sultans instead of spartans. then i thought of some other private school mascots that i have had connections with, and one is the saints. so we took that. there is sultans and saints. hope your happy

i am not jealous. i just dont think they are any good. there is nothing original about them and i personally hate bands that sound like everyone else, they all get boring after a while.
