Tsunami Bomb are doing a one-off reunion benefit show with the members' respective new projects also on the bill.
Jan. 17th at the Phoenix Theater in Petaluma, CA ($12).

Wondering if any of the other Bay Area/NorCal members were going to be at this? I haven't seen Tsunami Bomb since Warped03 and am super excited to see Nothington.

I was just going to submit this as news...
I would so be there but I'm going to be on the east coast for the Inauguration. I just KNEW as soon as I booked those flights that someone would be announcing a kickass show back here while I was gone.

I have to agree, the crowd was insane. I was up on one of the skateramps and the place was just nuts during every band except The New Trust.

The New Trust kinda put me to sleep, to be honest... way too mellow a band for such a high-energy show. Especially as direct support.

The Action Design I've seen a couple of times before, and they've always put on a good show. I really enjoyed them this show as well. And I loved Nothington, I hadn't seen them before and was quite impressed.

Tsunami Bomb killed it. According to them it was the longest set they've ever played, and it was just great.

Hopefully I'll post setlists tomorrow when I'm not half-asleep and the friends I went with aren't actually asleep and can help me remember lol.

Yea I'm trying to remember the set list myself. Haha. Tsunami Bomb put on a totally awesome show and just killed it! The crowed was insane and I am glad that I was on top of the skate ramps. Majority of the floor turned into one giant mosh pit. There were even some stage divers!

The Action Design started the night off with some high energy songs. It was a short set but it got the mood going. I've seen them 3 times now and they always put on a great show! Nothington was great and this was my first time seeing them, but they totally got the crowd going as well. I wouldn't mind seeing them again! The New Trust followed and as stated, they were way too mellow. The whole crowd calmed down and it looked like everyone was on the verge of falling asleep. I'll give them credit for doing the show but thats as far as I would go.

Tsunami Bomb took the stage and the crowd just exploded with energy! This was not only a benefit show for a friend of theirs, but it was also their farewell show that they never got to have when they broke up. One song they said they would never play they did: "Lemonade" and it was awesome. Just wish I could have heard them sing Negative One to Ten. Oh well.

All in all it was a great show!

Dude awesome! I've been racking my brains trying to remember the setlist but for the life of me couldn't. That was one thing I noticed was that the bass seemed to be turned up way high. Please please let me know when you have the audio fixed?! Would love to hear it!

i was so surprised when i heard lemonade; it was one of those sings that i've heard never got played during their set...
i've never heard of the new trust before this, so i was hoping for another high energy set.. it felt so otu of place hahaha. i should've gotten some merch, but i stayed up in the balcony the whole time and the crowd was just nuts. i am so happy i went to this, though. is it a year of reunion shows or something? tsunami bomb (even if it was a benefit show), the get up kids, no doubt at bamboozle, pavement.. and the band that danny is talking about in the general forums? i definitely need to get those get up kids tickets
also, i can't believe people flew from england and stuff like that! that's some dedication

was definately nice to hear lemonade as they never used to play it so was awesome to hear it for probably the last time now, and was ace that the set was so long but it went so fast
