I've never heard the true story about that...I've heard so many different stories...like he was into drugs and was fucking up shows...he was a drunk...he left the band to go to Law School...and its funny how in their DVD when they talk about adding Travis to the band they never say Scott's name its something like "Our old drummer"

it was the drunk thing, they were in the beginning stages of getting big, realized their live show sucked because they drank too much before shows, mark and tom sobered up, scott didn't and they axed him when they felt he was holding them back. travis drinks still, just not before shows.

i like to think somewhere scott is getting rich off royalties from the old cd's...but i doubt it
