Seriously, I don't get why people don't like this cd...it's as if John Lennon visited Chris Conley is a dream and told him how to craft the perfect song or something. I demand everyone goes and whips out this cd and give it another try.

I like it, but Stay What You Are just has too much of a personal connection to it for me to ever place it as better.

Well said, my man! It's not what I wanted out of Saves the Day, but the surprise was so pleasant, its become one of my favorite albums.
What a great description of it, too. I agree that this album does not seem to get enough love.

I don't think it's THAT bad, but I don't think it's even close to Stay What You Are. When I see how much better they've done it, it's kinda like, ehhhhhh

I think the reason so many people didn't like it was because it wasn't what they were expecting. That kind of contradicts itself, because every Saves The Day album is different. It took a while, but I grew into this album, and now that you reminded me about it, I'm going to play it...

Yeah its a great cd. People were just suprised at the different direction they took. That and they are narrow minded and want the same sound as the previous two albums.
