I always knew my now ex girlfriend was a fucking psycho. i should have heeded the warnings going in that getting involved with her would be a bad decision. However, my dick head self goes and gets involved with her anyway. So, after four months, where I did actually like her for a while, I decided there was only so much I could take of her constant suspicions of me cheating and all the other fun shit that comes along with it, I decided to end it yesterday.
Than the shit hit the fan. I got four hours of sleep last night, just due to thinking about shit, and when i woke up i had over 200 missed calls and a few texts from her saying that she couldn't live without me. What the fuck do I do here AP? If i stay with her its only making things worse, and I will be completely miserable, but if I don't I fear she may actually kill herself. I really do not need this kind of shit in my life. why me?

Nah don't get back together, because later on when you inevitably break up, it'll be worse. Just kinda stay friends with her and keep talking, till shit cools off a bit. Definitely don't just dump her and wash your hands of it. As much as you probably would like to, like you said, her killing herself over you is pretty rough.
Just put up with the shit, which most likely is an act, or her being over dramatic, until shes less crazy.
Edit: I Just noticed that you went out for four months. That seals the deal that shes nuts and only wants attention.

Inform her parents or the police if you really think she is going to kill herself. Actually even if you don't think she will do it anyway, that will teach her a lesson.
Don't get back together with her. How old is she? If you're honestly scared she's going to do something drastic maybe you should talk to her parents or something about it so she can get some help.

Hey, here's a fun story!
At some point, I was starting to see a guy. He lived out of town, but we got together on weekends, blah blah. He was telling me about his crazy goth ex who, after he broke up with her, called him on her birthday saying she was going to kill herself because of him. He freaked, called the RCMP, her parents, etc. etc. all to find out it was a huge hoax and she was fucking with him.
I found out soon after from a friend that his ex was (is) now dating someone who was once a good friend of mine, who I will call C. I let C know, and we had a good laugh, saying that we've now indirectly kissed, etc. etc. And then C went home to tell psychotic ex.
Who then somehow got a ton of bad shit about me out of C, and then proceeded to tell the guy who I was seeing, who promptly got extrememly pissed at me and hasn't talked to me since.
your life is not fucked. you dated a crazy bitch for 4 months. she was crazy beforehand and she is still crazy now. i agree with telling her parents that she's threatening suicide though, let them deal with her big ball of crazy.
Her character was so essential to the story though.
i cant argue with that, she was very important to the story.
