idk if you saw House Of 1000 Corpses but thats all that was. because Rob Zombie is a sick fucker.

it looks really fucked up. as i'd expect from Rob Zombie. I usually don't like those horror movies that are disturbingly - twisted like the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre...uggh..

though Saw was an exception. i liked that

i'm interested to see what people think of this movie, as it looks intensely scary based on the previews. and intensely scary movies are usually terrible films. Saw was good though, to agree with A picasso blue.

I liked it, my favorite horror movie of the year so far, not that that's saying much. It was sick, twisted, gory, and fun and that's all I want in a horror movie. I really didn't like House of 1000 Corpses, but this was a completely different type of movie and much better than most of the overrated horror movies that have come out recently like Saw.

Why you ask? It was disturbing. If a movie can honestly be that disturbing then give them credit. Not to mention the opening scene with Spaulding was fucking HILARIOUS.

I want to see The Devils Rejects. Cant wait.

eeehhhh...

i won't run on anyone's parade. i didn't like the movie, but i get why a lot of people do, and that's cool. i definitely wouldn't call it horror. it's far from it. i hope we don't confuse gory and disturbing with horror. i thought it was better than House of 1000... i think we can all agree that the film was loud, over the top, gross, repetitive, and gratuitous. now plenty of people loved it for all of those same reasons(like i said, that's cool). some found it edgy, offensive, and a rather daring film. i just thought it was further proof of Rob Zombie's lack of effort. every film he publically cites(dawn of the dead, texas chainsaw...) were able to build tension and suspense. i thought the film was just lazy. but that's just my opinion.

but there is great bit of credit to go toward the film. i thought when i saw it for what it was, some of the killings were quite creative and impressive. i thought when every other word in Rob Zombie's script wasn't a four letter one, it was actually quite original at it's core. the film critic was a neat touch. but zombie's no genius in my opinion.

I thought it was really different than Houseof1000corpses ..the firefly family actually showed weakness and pain and they weren't exactly unstoppable like they were in the first one. I loved the sadistic humor. It was good, just not in the way most people expect it to be.

It's completely different from House of 1,000 Corpses. The only similarity between the two are the characters involved. Even though I really enjoyed Corpses, I think Devil's Rejects was a much stronger film. If you didn't like the first one, I'd say rent it first.

i know this came out months ago, but i just saw this movie and i seriously cant believe what i've witnessed. ill never forget this movie because it is THE most fucked up movie ive ever (and quite possibly will ever) seen in my life. i cant believe the ammount of graphic violence they crammed into this movie. i mean, yeah, of course it was awesome, but damn, was it ever fucked up. very good flick.

Zombie has talent, just keep him away from writing. I loved the look and feel of Halloween, but the dialogue was atrocious.

I don't know anything about it, but I remember hearing an interview with Zombie a couple months ago where he was talking about it.

It's supposedly pretty fucked up, and he was surprised that it was getting released.
