In a side note, I watched Wrestlemania at a bar this year (it's about the only wrestling I watch these days if I find a bar that shows it) and spent most of the night doing shots with Knobs from The Nasty Boys. It was probably the most bizarre night of my life.

What with Royal Rumble coming up hard and fast I've been watching all the old Rumbles (I say all, from 1998-2007, can't find a stream of 2008 grr), luckily I'm not quite bored of the concept yet but it has just highlighted (stating the obvious) how much better things were back when Goldust wasn't a 30 second comedy skit, when the Headbangers & NAO were around, when the Undertaker's character was fresh and wasn't a joke, Austin, 'Rocky Sucks' etc ... at least things are a lot better than they were in 2004/05/06, I hadn't realised how much better until now.

That DVD is so awesome. I throw that on once in a while just for the humor. His interviews are incredible, and hearing everyone's recollections of his lunacy is great. I also love Bobby Heenan not bothering to hide his complete hatred for the Warrior.

My favorite wrestler ever is The Shockmaster.

It's two eras for me. As a kid you have to go with the 90-93 era. Then it made a serious comeback 98-2001 ish.
