We have set up a page (http://www.absolutepunk.net/andrew) with all the information on the "I Will Fight" / Orange Band project for Andrew McMahon (Something Corporate / Jacks Mannequin). All ordering information, information on the charity we are donating too, and info on leukemia itself can be found on this page (http://www.absolutepunk.net/andrew). Please tell all of your friends about this project and help us spread the word.

Currently Sold: 1, 550

The first order of 600 has been shipped. The last large mailed was purchased on 7/2 at 12:09 PM and the last medium mailed was purchased on 7/3 at 7:21 PM. We have ordered two thousand more bands and we will update you on this page when they come in and when we begin shipping. As long as people want to purchase these, we will have them up for sale! Thank you everyone, this has been absolutely amazing.

We've almost sold all of these out too .. Heh, what are now "pre-orders" are off the hook. We're ordering even more tonight (to make sure that we always have more then we need from now on, so that the 'waiting' process will be less) .. but I don't forsee us being able to catch up and coordinate having these on Warped. I'm gonna talk to Casper (who runs the JM booth) and try and figure something out .. but as of now, please just order online if you want one .. it will make things that much easier for us.

I'm really sorry to everyone asking if they were in the first 600 - but right now we don't have a way of telling you other then what we have posted above (the times of the last orders shipped). I will do my best to figure out a good system, and once we have shipped out the next orders, after a week or so, if you still haven't gotten one .. we can do al lthe double checking to make sure your order didn't slip through the cracks.

This is the message I am sending to people asking about their status, so here it is for all those curious:

The first order of 600 has been shipped. The last large mailed was purchased on 7/2 at 12:09 PM and the last medium mailed was purchased on 7/3 at 7:21 PM. We have ordered two thousand more bands and we will update you on the front page when they come in (should be in two days) and when we begin shipping (should be by the end of the week). Thank you, and I'm sorry if I can't be of more help - we're sorta overwhelmed at the moment. I assure we you are doing our best to get these out as quickly as possible and to order enough in advance to keep this backup from happening in the future.

I just got my band in the mail today and I am already wearing it. Jason, I just wanted to thank you, and whoever else helped, for putting all of this together and raising so much money for cancer research. It was a great idea and I hope they keep selling.

I ran some rough numbers .. and $4,500. This is a guesstimate based on what's in front of me.

jason tate, did you get my instant message a few weeks back? it was really long, and told you about how paypal hated me. i followed that by sending money in by mail. your a man who doesn't respond to instant messages that are trying to help fight for your cause. so i have no clue what is going on with my donations. you can respond to people who make fun of your musical taste though. i guess its just the way things work.

I assume you are B. Ward of PA. I received your money in the mail with a note that said that paypal despises you. I posted your name in the second list of names on July 7 and stated that I had received your money but that your order was waiting for the next shipment of bands. Perhaps you missed that post. Sorry.

AP gets lots of emails, IMs, etc. about these bands and tries to respond in the most efficient way possible. Sometimes we make general posts on the site to answer questions that we see coming in frequently. Rather than answer each IM personally, we just post the information so that it is available for everybody. We don't intend to offend anybody by doing this....it just seems more efficient.

i actually did that already lol but it didn't really help much.... i cut a string with the measurements of a livestrong (according to what it said on their website) and the band itself was still bigger

so again... if anyone could do me the favor of comparing the sizes i'd be very thankful
