hey guys. i know these threads dont see a whole lot of activity but im looking for nothing more or less then feedback.
i recently started this musical endeavor as an escape from the limitations of my other band ( south of liberty - metal ) & a test of my song writing capabilities. been playing guitar for about 2 years or so. i love learning songs & making up cool chord progressions.
after id been at it for a while i finally decided to make a myspace page to host my songs. only problem being that, 90% of my friends do NOT use their computer. they do all of their internet-ing thorugh their mobile device. needless to say, its difficult to get my friends to listen to my songs.
currently on my myspace, i have posted three tracks. one is a cover of " stand by me " by john lennon. the second is a acoustic cover of bob dylan's knockin' on heavens door. the third is also knockin' on heavens door but with drums added it, and different vocal stylings. the final track is one i recently wrote. im really exicted about it, and id appriciate any and all constructive input regarding any of the tracks.
thanks guys,
