Anyone have bad experiences with Smartpunk?

The last two times I've ordered from Smartpunk, I've had shitty experiences.

Last time I ordered Forgive Durden's EP, Race the Sun's latest album, and something else I forget what it was...but anyway it took them forever to send it because Race the Sun apparently wasn't in stock and they didn't bother to post it on the freaking site. Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered the damn CD cuz it was just a throw in at the last minute.

And now, last week I ordered JamisonParker's new CD and Scary Kids Scaring Kids' new CD...and UGH.

I ordered it on the 5th of July. According to their retarded ass website, I didn't order it till the 12th, the day the fucking JamisonParker CD came out...and NOW it says I ordered it on the 13th, and it was shipped the same day supposedly. The person on the phone told us they shipped it the 12th and it was too late to see if the fucking autograph was included (otherwise the fucking order would've been cancelled). So now it says it shipped yesterday...

Why the fuck bother preordering? I thought preorders shipped in enough time to get to your house the DAY OF FUCKING RELEASE. Otherwise, I'd go to the store to get it. If the thing isn't autographed, I will get my fucking money back. Fuck them and their expensive ass shipping charges, if they can't fucking keep their customers in the know about what is going on with their order.

Fuck Smartpunk.com. I'm never ordering from there again.

i know my bro has ordered from them a few times and one time they completely lost his order. not a big deal though, he just ordered again and got his stuff about a week later than he would've.

I ordered a cursive hoodie from there about a year ago, after about 3 weeks of not getting it in the mail, I called them. They said they didn't have it anymore and asked if I wanted a refund or something else... then suddenly, they had it. So I got that in the mail a couple of days later with a free Scars of Tomorrow shirt and a bunch of stickers from various bands. They could have kept the SoT shirt...

I love Smartpunk...I have never had an issue with them and one time they didn't have a CD in stock, they called me like the next day and told it would be a few days longer, but it ended up coming really quickly. They have always given me great service and I have always received my things within a week if not sooner.

i ordered stuff and it came in a tube, but the tube was empty when i got it and one of the sides was ripped open....and i had to repay and order what i ordered before that was still in stock. it came so late...

ive always had great order service with smartpuck. only thing i was irritated with was getting a small armor for sleep shirt when i pre-ordered the album, but i couldnt pick the size anyhow. i wanted a medium. meh.

BTW I got my stuff today from SP...I dunno if I'll order from there again...but I'm glad I got it today. Just wish they would've told me what was going on instead of leaving me in the dark...but once again they impressed me with how fast stuff actually gets to my place after it does ship.
