About this poll bumping thing, in case you don't go into the Admin CP much, here's all you have to do to stop this:
Go into the Admin CP
Under Options, click "vBulletin Options"
Under vBulletin Options, click on Polls, and you should see this under polls:
Update last post time
Update the last post time for the thread (thus returning it to the top of a forum) when a vote is placed.
You must have that clicked on yes. Click no, and this poll bumping problem will stop.
I would PM this to you but I dunno if you answer PM's and I figured while you're doing work on the site you might see this.
