One of the best up and coming bands in the genre is Scenes From A Movie. They're from West Virginia, but don't let that scare you. The lyrics are creative and they have very good rhythm, considering the members have only been playing together for about 8 months.
They already have one EP out, called "Take Hands, Take Hearts, Take Aim."
