Notion With A Lie
The poetry itself looks as fake as your faith sounds
you’ve made a word for yourself…and it’s called fabulist
someone makes me think, makes me believe, makes me love, and
something inside my mind make me scorn
and that’s you.
It’s so simple to create an unstable mass of information
feeding into innocent heads who cower in the corner
afraid of their own thoughts.
Now we’re taught to fight off our own mentality,
if that’s you would like to call it
battling off an irreverent phantom
spewing lies and sins from our mouths
Just accept the truth, and release into reality
you’re still hiding behind this barrier, still cowering in that corner
Imagination is not the devil.
You’ve made a word for yourself…it’s called fabulist
You’ve created your own religion, and your preaching fear
