i've got a bone to pick with cingular. i recently signed an agreement with them, but opted to not have text messaging bc it costs money to use and why the fuck do i need it? if anyone wants to send me a msg they could just as easily call me. so after about a month i get this thing in the mail from them with a code for a free ring tone, i log in and go through a bunch of ringtones until i find one i like (iron maiden's number of the beast!) and then i go through this long application and submit and it says "a text message is being sent to your phone with a verification number to complete the application process" but MY PHONE DOESN'T ACCEPT TEXT MESSAGES!!!
