you know how the windows XP toolbar is green/bule, you can change it to a different color with this program and get different themes

Yeah it fucked my comp up. And then i got rid of that virus called XP.

I can vouch for this too. I've used this program on multiple occasions and never have I had a problem with it. Some people complain about it, but I'm not sure why.

Hell, I'm using the damn thing on both my desktop and my laptop and I have yet to have a problem.
