For those who do not know Ed Wade is the General Manager of the Philadelphia Phillies and the genius who signed a washed up Jim Thome to a 6 year deal with no trade clause. Wade has turned Philadelphia baseball into nothing but a high budget washed up players town. For instance, with a young and Prosperous Outfielder in Marlon Byrd, he opts to sign almost 40 year old Kenny Lofton. Not saying kenny isnt doin a good Job but he is old n will soon be retiring. We habve a young core group of Guys in Chase Utley, Pat Burrel, Jimmy Rollins and now Ryan Howard. Many Rumors are around trading Ryan Howard for a decent arm, but to me it seems he is worth much more than that. I say we start a revolution against Ed Wade and Jim Thome and push them out of town....Who's with me?

yeah dude its so frustrating to watch ed wade make moves, especially cuz the phillies actually have a 95 million dollar payroll, he just doesnt know what the ef hes doing....they dont seem to understand the importance of an ace pitcher, and they are stuck with lieberthal, bell, and thome for at least one more year...their farm system is beat too....the team plays with no heart at all either, they need a coach and a gm with passion...

Don't know if you listen to WIP or not, but Steve and Anthony came up with a brilliant idea called the "5th Inning Boo." In between the fifth inning during every game, fans would stand up, turn their backs to the field, look up at Wade and boo. I wish it would catch on.

i cant get enough of wip, the cuz is hilarious and even though eskin can be a dick he knows his shit...i love how the phillies hate wip and blame them for the negativity around their club...and yeah ive been hearin a lot of howard to the pirates for kip wells talks, that would be suicide
