Genghis Tron Loves Bunnies

As some of you may know, I've been on tour with Genghis Tron (http://www.genghistron.com) this past week doing sound and merch for them. The tour was going great and I was having a really fun time, but last night sort of sucked. Just a little. Basically, we were driving in New Mexico at around 2:30 AM in the middle of nowhere and a rabbit jumped onto the road, we swerved left and then back right, and then it was all over. The vehicle flipped over probably one and a half times and the trailer was flung about 20 feet. Amazingly, everyone was pretty much unhurt. I cannot describe what it was like being in the car while it was flipping--it still seems surreal to me. It all happened so quickly, I don't even really remember that much. Needless to say, I hope no one ever has to experience something like that. Fortunately, a very kind trucker basically saw it happen and stopped to help us out, and spent an hour of his time making sure we were ok and could be put in touch with the proper authorities. God bless him.

Right now we're in Fort Sumner, New Mexico and we'll prob be heading off to Albequerque in the next couple days to get the hell out of here. I'll be back home in probably 3 days and I'll be able to write reviews again. Hope you guys are having a great summer!

those are great names. i've never heard those two, but you should give Genghis Tron a listen b/c they are the shiznite! listen to them. as for more good band names, try The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza. friggin awesome.

my band's drummer was in McRad. They were really good, if you're into skate rock stuff.

At least everyone is okay. It's horrible that something like that happened, but at least they were fortunate enough to have someone (the trucker) around them to help them out. It's still sucks about their van and equipment though...
