Drive Thru Records (http://www.drivethrurecords.com) has posted a streaming player (http://www.purevolume.com/bobdylaniscool) for the upcoming double disc tribute to Bob Dylan. The set will include 21 Bob Dylan songs covered by a variety of artists including Something Corporate, Rx Bandits, As Tall As Lions and many others. It is due out August 16 and is the first of two tributes to the singer due out this year.

You can check out the sampler, which includes 90 seconds which each of the 21 tracks on the purevolume site (http://www.purevolume.com/bobdylaniscool) set up for the record.

The other, scheduled to be released by Doghouse, will include performances by former Chamberlain lead singer David Moore and guitarist Adam Rubenstein, Sparta/At the Drive-In veteran Jim Ward, Say Anything, Limbeck, Read Yellow, Apollo Sunshine and Panama Jerk; which features Blood Brothers guitarist Cody Votolato and Some Girls/Give Up The Ghost vocalist Wes Eisold.

Say anything/saves the day song "man in me" on doghouse sounds good.

Also, http://www.purevolume.com/listentobobdylan is the link to hear 90 second clips from each of the songs, the one posted lets you hear three songs.
