Is it out there? I don't need a link, I just simply need to know if it has leaked. I am hearing from someone that it's up on itleaked but I don't know what to believe.

I heard that it leaked on January 9th but haven't found ANY proof.

"Homesick is A Day to Remember (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Day_to_Remember)'s third studio album. It will be released on February 2, 2009 in Europe and February 3, 2009 in the United States. Back in October of 2008 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008) a song "Wax Larry" appeared on the bands MySpace, it is believed to be the demo of "I'm Made Of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of?". The album officially leaked as of January 14th."

From what I can understand, it's only one song that has been leaked.

I have the entire album. It was on it-leaked for maybe 10 seconds then they destroyed all evidence of it.

I tracked it down. It's out there, just a sketchy download. Lives up to the hype. Awesome album.

2 tracks in. For Those Who Have Heart part Deux, would have have been a more appropriate title.

I don't think it is really that much like For Those Who Have Heart. It's a little bit darker and the CD has a better flow to it. It's a very even mix of their 1st and 2nd records. It has the shady feel of "...And Then Their Name Was Treason" and the catchy choruses of "For Those Who Have Heart". I can't wait to buy this.
