today i was walking down the street and i saw this emo bitch with an academy is... t shirt on. he had head phones on so i asked what he was listening to......
"fall out boy" he meekly replied.
"FALL OUT BOY SUCKS!" i yelled. i then pushed him to the ground, took his precious fall out boy cd and smashed it against the ground.....
"be a real man" i said as i handed him a copy of the amazing chocolate covered starfish and the hot flavored water(i carry several copies whereever i go). as i walked off into the distance i snapped into a slim jim and yelled...OHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the new Boys Night Out is a major improvement from what they used to be, and I am in love with the new Chiodos.

I got BNO and Paramore i havent listened to paramore yet but it should be good. BNO is what I was expecting and more.

I picked up Paramore, it's pretty good.
I also picked up Promises For the Imperfect, which is a huge step up from Celebrate Mistakes.
Then I got two that I've been meaning to get, but never got around to, This Day & Age and TREOS.
I'd say that's a pretty good day.

the boys night out album is for the most part original, as is the story that goes along with it. buy it. you wont be dissapointed

Yeah, the new boys night out is really good, but it is because of the new members, Fordirelifesake. It is by no means the album of the year. I am not hating on BNO or the new cd, but it's not album of the year. Maybe it's a top 10 pop rock album at best. It's catchy as hell, that doesn't mean best album of the year considering new Starting Line, Armor For Sleep, and Fall Out Boy and those aren't even albums of the year.
i bought the new Dane Cook CD because he is funny as hell. I listened to clips of the BNO and DLD cds on iTunes and decided id wait a little longer before i decided whether i even wanted them or not
Ya the new BNO cd has a great concept, the whole cd really strings together well. I got both of there cd's for $25 canadian today, not bad.

trainwreck was very suprising, i didnt like thier last album except for a few songs, and i didnt even like the few songs online very much from this album but i saw them at warped tour and that swayed me in the direction to buy this, as a whole this album is great, the concept is intersting and put together well, not the album of the year but its a damn good cd. cant wait for etid new disc

I got this CD when it leaked online, and my position still stands.
This BNO CD is easily the greatest CD I have ever heard. Overall. Fucking incredible.

I got:
1) Denison Witmer - Are You a Dreamer?: Great mellow music about what else, dreaming
2) Veda - The Weight of An Empty Room: Such powerful vocals and awesome melodies
3) Daphne Loves Derby - On the Strength of All Convinced: Not album of the year material but it is still a strong album that I think has a better mix of poppy and slower songs than previous material
4) Paramore - All We Know is Falling: Wow, and she's only 16! Haley (singer) has such a powerful voice for her age and the music compliments the vocals perfectly; one of the best pop albums so far this year
5) Boys Night Out - Trainwreck: I wouldn't say this album is bad but it really is nothing special; and snyth? WHAT!! Just doesn't fit the sound very well.

I went to go buy the new Boys Night Out & couldn't find it.
I was angry.
The same thing happened when I went to buy JamisonParker the week their cd came out.
But this time, JamisonParker was there. So I bought that. And walked away Trainwreck-less.
I will have to purchase it at warped tour.

so far paramore has really impressed me, i want to get veda; also i am interested in getting chiodos just cuz they are from michigan and you have to support your home state, also i didnt know some guys from foredrielifesake joined bno, can anyone provide more info on that? thanks! this was a great week for music, especially compared to last week...also is Daphne's new cd any good?
Well, I just got back from Best Buy. I had a change of heart overnight and decided to buy the new Boys Night Out album and the Chiodos album because I had downloaded the advances and decided they deserve to have their albums sell. At Best Buy, they had neither of the albums out, so I asked someone to check the back. They found the Boys Night Out cd, but not the Chiodos....So that means I have to order it online somewhere now.
I like the new BNO. I did not like Chiodos. I want to hear Veda's album. Dane Cook steals the day.
Uhm, by Best Buy doesn't have trainwreck...but they had make yourself sick.
Needless to say, I went home empty handed. :(

i got paramore and small towns burn a little slower..... the paramore cd is pretty solid as expected, but the small towns burn a little slower cd REALLY suprised me.. i bought it because i heard "last blast off", but i would have bought this cd if i had heard any of these songs... they all are fucking great
chiodos; chaos can be beautiful, perfect as expected. bno the change has been interesting

Not a fan. People just love BNO, but I've never really understood it. For better concept albums (my opinion), check out Gatsby's American Dream - Volcano, and The Apprentice - An American Portrait. Also check out Time to Fly - Birth.Work.Death.

I was a little disappointed with DLD. I loved "Closing Down the Pattern Department." I've listened to the whole CD and its pretty much all mellow stuff. If you like their mellow stuff you'll love this album. It's a solid debut, but there's not too much contrast between the songs on the CD, but then again I usually need a few listens before loving a CD.

Yeah I got it. If you're a big TEN fan you'll love the new stuff. And if you like I Am the Avalanche at all the songs on hear are awesome too. Definitley worth a few bucks. I got it at Virgin Megastore by the way. Maybe you can't find it cuz it's listed under "Singles", not full CDs.

i got the new bno yesterday through pre order on smart punk and got the free posters, the posters were the art to the concept album about the doctor and t he patient. just plain awesome. the whole album is awesome, im a huge fan of the earlier stuff, and its soo diffrent from the first to but sooo the same. its just awesome and they play the new songs great live. and the new chick is soooo hot. get the album if you havent allready thats all i can say

i bought DLD and Chiodos. i was expecting to enjoy DLD more so than Chiodos, but my opinion has changed. The DLD cd is still great, but the Chiodos cd blew me away. I'd recommend both of them. good stuff.

today i bought small towns burn a little slower, paramore, boys night out and dane cook. the dane cook release is one of the funniest things i've heard, and boys night out blew me away. i was a little skeptical when they ditched the screams and whatnot. but hot damn. i really really love this cd. the concept is awesome yet creepy as hell. the story is very easily followed though. and i love the multiple references to "yeah, no....i know" thrown in there

I got Paramore on preorder from Fueled by Ramen for nine bucks with a T-Shirt. Really good record. I bought Small Towns Burn A Little Slower today, but haven't listened to it just yet. And I plan on picking up Boys Night Out sometime this week.

I was at Best Buy when they opened so I could get the Dane Cook cd. There were at least 15 of them. When I went back later (my friend wanted it) they had 2 left - did it do this well everywhere?
Our Best Buy (3 hours from where they are from) only ordered 1 Chiodos CD per store, but I picked it up. Awesome CD, recorded in the middle of nowhere (Elmore, Oh w/ Marc Hudson) , but nonetheless an awesome cd.

Dane Cook was the only CD purchased this day...and I almost died listening to it on the way home because I was laughing too hard to sufficiently drive my automobile. I've been through the first disc and am content...not so much impressed...but content.

I just got the Paramore album in today because I pre-ordered it. The shirt is kick ass by the way.
I also bought two other albums yesterday. None of them were new, I just wanted them. I got the Warped Tour CD and From First to Last.
I love Paramore. Hayley is my dream girl.
