Do you like songs that Matt sings on better or Dan's songs?

Dan. "Blue Carolina" is by far my favourite Alk3 song.

Dan. I love Matt's songs as well. Hell, I just love Alkaline Trio to death!

Matts by a small margin. It's honestly probably more of a tie but in having to choose one I go Matt.

I tend to lean more towards Dan's songs.

I honestly can't tell that much of a different between the two and I have been listening to them for over 5 years. I guess I just have a bad musical ear

If I had to pick, I'd go slightly more towards Matt, but it's pretty much equal.

I like most of Dan's songs, however, they may be better with Matt singing.

Overall Matt, but "I Lied My Face Off" might be my favourite Alk3 song.

matt... but really i can't choose b/c without either of them the band that i love would cease to exist as we know it.
They each have their own perks.
Matt's voice is great for the songs that get really loud, and when he has to belt out a huge note.
Dan usually sings more on slower songs, and less on their singles (which is really upsetting).
Then again, they've both done the opposite.
Matt's acoustic songs are great, "Blue In the Face" is still one of my favorites, and Dan is great on their older, faster stuff.
It's a tough choice.
