I read an article that said the club stays afloat mainly from the CBGB's t-shirt merch-$2 million a year but it still barely covers the overhead and cost to keep the club going. The Village Voice had a lineup of a lot of the bands who are appearing including The Vandals, Chevelle, Dead Boys, Sick of It All and others. Can't remember the dates but it's definately something to check out. Didn't see the Thursday or GB date announced yet though.

Did they finally put up the dates for the shows? I couldn't find them before. I hope I can get out to some when I'm in NYC next month.

I just stopped by on Weds, they said they are having presales for the save cdgbs shows on ticketweb....I thought they were first come first serve?
