German Culture II.

Coolest class I've ever taken, coupled with Saints and Sinners, African History from 1400 to 1820, and Major British Writers, this is shaping up to be a great quarter.

What's the favorite class you've ever taken, and why?

Music History of the 60s. We basically just watched videos on the Beatles and Bob Dylan and wrote papers on what we thought of their songs.

hah. Nice. This German Culture class, all we do is show up and chat about the differences between German Culture and our own because our teacher is a German native or something. It's so sweet.

I'd have to say my Foundations of Human Sexuality course. Granted the professor is an ignorant, (sometimes) perverted asshole, it's an interesting class to say the least. And it's not just about the act of sex, but also the communication between woman and man, self body image, and one's own personal sexuality just to name a few. For my major, it's required to take three 3000-4000 level health courses and this just happens to fall into that category.

I'm pretty much pre-med in the long run. A mix of Kinesiology/Exercise Science/Applied & Clinical Exercise Science with a Cardiovascular major/Sports Medicine/Psychology. Not sure what exactly I'm going to do with all of that, but something in the medical field.

For me this quarter is like 3/4 History. haha. I have more history credits already than I'll ever need.

Im at UC clermont this year, but only because I'm a senior. Next year (after I graduate) I'm going to either Miami, Xavier, Northwestern or Bellarmine, depending on financial stuff.

My personal favorite class I'm taking this semester is Studies in International Relations: Asia in World Politics - not only does it focus exactly on what I would like to learn (I'm a Poly Sci major with a concentration in International Affairs/Relations), but the teacher is bad-ass and qualified. Although he doesn't think sophomores can handle the class (my friend and I are the only "lower" classmen in the class), I'm determined to prove him wrong

fav class would have to be drugs and behavior....my teacher pretty much told us about her experiences with all kinds of drugs in the 70's, i especially enjoyed her telling us how pot got so strong in recent years, that whenever she smokes, she freaks out, but not the good freak out, the kind where you wake up naked in the median of a busy road surrounded by police
