OSU/Corvallis Concert Scene?

I'm thinking about going to Oregon State for college. Do bands ever make tour stops there, or does everyone go up to Portland for concerts?

I go to U of O down in Eugene...bands rarely stop here, and stop in Corvallis even less. I usually end up taking the Amtrak or Greyhound up to Portland. It's a rare treat when a good band plays Eugene.
