So far we have three new cartoons coming in '09, two are midseason/summer replacements and the other is being postponed until Fall.
The Goode Family (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Goode_Family) (ABC/March). Mike Judge of King Of the Hill fame, new show about a family of overactive eco-nuts, basically the opposite extreme of his previous show. This looks to be a winner, and the set up is great for a comedy. The problem is with how it fits into ABC's current line up, without a supporting cast it probably won't last a full season (there is word that ABC might be interested in picking up a canceled King of the Hill).

Sit Down And Shut Up (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sit_Down,_Shut_Up_(US_TV_series)). (Fox/Sunday April 19). Mitchell Hurwitz and Will Arnett of Arrested Development offer this remake of an Australian sitcom. Its a cartoon set to a 'live action' background, and will join Fox's sunday night cartoon line up replacing King of the Hill.

The Cleveland Show (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cleveland_Show). (Fox/originally a midseason replacement, now set for a fall release) Another, yes another, McFarlane cartoon. This one takes Cleveland to his home town, gives him a new wife, and a new son and daughter.

I couldn't find a trailer for this, although plan on it being another remake of Family Guy with the same dated jokes we've come to expect from Seth.
