kiss me, kill me... is a bad song.

let's see how the 2nd works out.

2nd one's better, but still not that great.

They've gone downhill since wasting time...their selftitled wasn't too bad but this is just such a step back from that cd...hopefully the rest of the songs will be better.

The second song seems very goldfingerish...they let feldmann have too much influence on these songs.

This is what happens when you say you're gonna sound like The Police and fail miserably.

i like mest alot.. these songs definately arent my favorite. not too bad though. The bio was pretty good. I have a feeling its going to be good.. the bio really makes the lyrics seem pretty deep. hopefully the rest is better than these two songs. "kiss me, kill me" really reminds me of an Alkaline Trio song... maybe alk3 meets the cure. anyone else notice that?

I dont care what you say about this band and take my scene points away whenever i defend them...but this band is fucking awesome

Loving both of them. Although I do like Jeremiah's song better so far.

dude nearly died and is still going strong. i admire that...however, the new songs do not deserve any admiration.

I've always had a thing for these guys, their first two albums used to be my favorites. These songs just aren't as good as the old days, still pretty solid though.

His songs are always the better songs.

dude, i used to think cadillac or whatever that song was the shit. not just the shit, but THE shit. you know, 'w/my top down, seat back, rolling in my cadillac' or whatever that was. i positively LOVED that song. phew, i may not like em that much anymore but ill always feel a certain loyalty to those guys.

I agree i had a great time bouncing in my cadillac listening to "What's the Dillio" back in the dizzy  What?

but this................this is not the greatest...............

Does "Kiss Me, Kill Me" sound way over produced to anyone else or is it just a bad stream. Who knows......infact i don't really care.

Don't get me wrong though, i'll still give it a chance when it comes out, you never know right?

I think the first song is really bad, but the second one is a little better, however nothing spectacular. I'll never bash Mest as I used to really like Destination:Unknown, but I think Tony writes MUCH better songs than the other one, Jeremiah?

Jeremiah's songs do sound better. Mest aren't one of my favorite bands but I still love everything they do and still are one of the only bands I know every word of every song they've ever written. But I'm hoping the CD does sound better than this.

i still think it's more impressive that feldmann was in goldfinger rather than the fact the he produced SotY, the used, and gc.

I still love me some Mest but their older shit was so much better. The last two albums they have been going darker and they are more of an upbeat band. "Drawing Board" and "Mother's Prayer" are just ridiculous songs.

"Kiss Me, Kill Me" easily sounds like it could be a third-rate track off of Crimson.
