What are some bands you guys would recommend? I'm into Crust/Hardcore Punk/D-Beat.
View on Metal? I see some polarizing views, especially from some guy who's favourite band is slipknot and is 18.

Check out New Bruises, they are pretty great.

My view on metal is indifferent, if it is a band doing something somewhat original, I'm down, but most of the shit recommended to me as of late has been quite bad.

New Bruises is way rad. I got their Transmissions something or other CD from No Idea awhile back

I get promo cd's from No Idea, and I have yet to get anything from New Bruises, but I fucking love them.

I think No Idea is just their distro, I believe their singer owns Kiss Of Death, and releases their stuff through there.
