change the color/size

how do you change the overall theme of the site?

ive found it before but im having so much trouble finding it again..any one wanna help?

right now my site is like brown titles and the news is narrow, i had it before where it was black and stretched to the whole window.

Tools>Edit Options>Miscellaneous Option>Forum Skin

Liquid is the option you want to choose in whatever color you like.
