Depeche Mode (www.depechemode.com)'s new album, Playing The Angel, will be out October 18th. The first single will be "Precious" and it's a great song! More info and artwork over at their official site.

Its about time someone posted this news...Ive been sending updates on this for months and finally gave up because I figured no one cared.

Can't wait for this. Easily my most anticipated album for the rest of '05.

If it's about DM, I always care. I just didn't want to post anything until there was an official date because the comments would've been 50 idiots going "when is it coming out?" as if I wouldn't have told them if I knew.

Understandable. Even studio updates should be huge with these guys. Its a shame they aren't as big as they used to be. Glad the route of solo albums went by the wayside.
