ultimate showdown. ultimate battle. cartoons, comedies, dramas, epics...all of it....12 choices...im curious to what AP thinks is the best show on TV now...

im sorry if i didnt include your favorite show...these choices I based on popularity amongst "youths", popularity amongst these forums, and overall most discussed.


these are shows that are still on....so on freaks and geeks, boy meets world, arrested development (I know ap kids cream about this show)...but ya good luck.

I voted for other (How I Met Your Mother) earlier but just watched Lost: Destiny Calls and the two-hour premiere on DVR and would vote differently at this point. Basically what I'm getting at is, had this poll been a couple weeks ago before the premiere of LOST I think the results would be quite different.

Lost has been done before many many times. it shares similarities with The Twilight Zone, Land of the Lost, Gilligan's Island, hell even Survivor, just to name a few

i can't think of any other show i've seen that lets the viewer in on the inner workings and business deals of Hollywood like Entourage does. that is why i think it's unique. and it's a simply a fun show to watch every Sunday.

My vote is for a English show "extras" .... Hands down the the funniest thing I have seen and I have only seen two episodes. It has the guy from the original office. The only I don't like is they have such thick accents..... I reccomend checking out clips on YouTube.....

Otherwise my vote is for entourage ( just leave out the train wreck that is season 4)

After that I'd say Prison Break. I used to like Lost but it's fallen off alot IMO. Don't really like the direction they took the show with the islands mystical powers and time traveling. The season premiere this year lost my interest for good (no pun intended).

I actually re-watched the whole series last summer, it is an absolutely brilliant show, at least for the first 3/4 or so of its run. It just isn't as great anymore.

And to say the show isnt as great anymore is TRUE, but to the simple extent that it cant live to the expectations of the first 12 seasons (aka first 3/4). The show still has its share of awesomely funny episodes....Mr Burns Owns a Basketball Team was a great episode this season.
